  1. How do you deliver photos and videos to your clients?

        Photos and videos will be put on a flash drive and delivered via USPS. You also have the option to have them emailed to your Google Drive. Go to our 'book now' tab and scroll to the bottom for add on's like albums and print outs.

  2. Can I set up a payment plan for a service, instead of paying in full at time of booking?

        Yes, just call, text,  or email us for more information. 

 

  3. Is there a travel fee?

        There is a travel fee for any event that is more than 15 miles outside of Philadelphia. Don't worry, we wont break your pockets.

 

   4. Can you customize an engagement photo into a save-the-date image?

        Yes we can, there is a $150 per image fee to customize a photo into a save-the-date image. There is a 1 to 2 week turnaround for delivery. Just contact us to place your order.

  5. What if I lose my images?

     There is a $100 replacement fee after the event has been archived. Events are archived the day they are delivered. We can not guarantee that we will still have your images 90 days after being archived, but there is a possibility. After 90 days, you may pay $25 month for us to keep your images on file for up to a year. Just contact us for help. 

  6. What type of camera/equipment do you use?

        It depends on the photographer/videographer that comes out that day. We can assure you that our team only uses quality products to ensure customer satisfaction. We can provide you with your photographer/videographer's point of contact at any time. 

  7. What areas do you service?

        We service Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Deleware. However, we are able to travel anywhere in the United States for an extra fee.

  8. Can we get our money back if we no longer need your service?

        Because this rarely happens and due to company policies, we can not provide you with any refunds unless we do not render services at our own fault.

  9. Can we reschedule our appointment?

         We ask that you reschedule 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, if you do not reschedule within that time frame there is a $75 fee. 

  10. Besides credit and debit, do you take any other method of payment?

        Contact us to pay via Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
